 , I was reminded of one that was very similar to one I had done awhile back ago and submitted to redbubble.com as well as the greatly-missed 7thComplex Gallery.After commenting on 's piece (entitled "The Girl and the Snake"), he said that he wouldn't mind seeing my version. So... here it is!Now, all you haters out there that may scream "Art theft! Art theft!", let me just say this- I honestly don't remember when exactly I created this image, but I know that it was sometime before my deployment in 2007, which most likely means it was submitted to redbubble in 2006. The image itself was inspired by a tapestry that I purchased in Baghdad Iraq in 2005. The fact that and I have a similar design- a snake reared back ("Like theees!!!") and one smokin' hot naked chick, is purely a coincidence.That, along with the fact that I think his version is just fuckin' gorgeous. The watermark down at the bottom won't go away- but that's a bonus for me. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
